Your Body Uses Your Diet
We are going to go through three ways your body uses the way you eat, so you will have no excuse to know what carbs, fats and proteins do for you and WHY each of them is important in its own special way. The type of siblings you have ... or not. There they are!
Carbs: the carbs your body uses when you move, especially at high altitudes!
When you work you work hard, and that energy especially carbs. Your body uses carbs to increase your performance and stamina throughout the day, such as printing your local food truck before the end of hot dogs. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT ain't for me either. Low-intensity moments include sitting in that long boring office work listening to Roses's Roses and scrolling through Facebook, BUT this includes sleeping. Sleep? Sleep. You will actually use more fat as energy when you sleep than at any other time of the day, especially if you are on a regular exercise routine that increases your body's need for oxygen at rest. Fats are used in the lower parts of your day, and this includes sleeping.
Protein: the protein your body uses to replenish and support your body.
When your muscles ache, and you see progress being put on the screen as the pain leaves ... this is a protein that works. Protein is what makes complete recovery possible in your body, and that is why any meathead joke in history is moved by the protein in the boxing line elsewhere. And, besides 70% of your body fluids, protein is what your body is made of the most! This is why it is sometimes difficult to switch to a vegan or vegetarian diet, because protein is found in the diet of meat, milk, etc. If carbs are low and you need a partner, protein can also help grow your body and break it down into amino acids. Proteins are used for the rejuvenation and maintenance of your body and can be used sparingly as energy.
