Anyone Can Follow This Basic Skincare Routine
Why should I care about skincare?
In recent years, skincare has been considered foolish. A person who pays attention to their body is labelled
as a drug. But you need to understand that daily activities, busy schedules,
and a strict and unhealthy lifestyle affect your body. Symptoms of poor health
first appear on your skin, then on another part of the body. Time does indeed
take its toll on us, but some severe conditions such as pre-existing wrinkles,
skin rashes, sun damage and eczema and psoriasis can be prevented and treated
with proper care.
How do I start a proper and
ideal routine?
Before designing a rule, you
need to know your skin type. Different types include - oily, dry, sensitive and
combination skin. Also, you need to check any other issues that you want to
resolve. You need to understand that there is no set government for everyone
because we are all different. Meaning what works for your family or friends may
not be the best solution for you.
What is the basic skincare rule?
Because routine depends on
skin type, we've put together a primary practice that will work for everyone.
It includes -
For the morning habitual
1. Cleaning
To clean it, you need to
invest in a sulfate-free cleanser. These cleansers are light and do not
completely remove natural oils, leaving you feeling soft and supple. A good
cleanser removes excess oil and grime without drying you out.
2. Toning
Stay clean of toners
containing alcohol. Alcohol toners are harsh and cause dryness. You can
use natural toner like rose water. And if you are someone with dry skin, you
can skip this step.
The moisture helps hydration. Use
a moisturizer that contains SPF to protect you from the sun. There are
different types of moisturizers for different skin types. Before you choose
one, remember that it is better to choose a natural product that is organic and
non-come do genius.
Night
time
You can use the same cleanser
that you used in the morning. If you wear make-up, you will need to remove any
make-up and dirt using cleansing oil and wash the rest with a cleanser.
2. Apply serum
Antioxidants Serum is rich in
nutrients designed to nourish your face. Check for ingredients such as vitamin
C, algae extract, and Resveratrol.
3. Eye cream
People who have dark circles
under their eyes will benefit from using the appropriate eye cream.
4. Moisture
For better nutrition at night,
choose a water-based moisturizer that will provide hydration without clogging
the pores.
