Tips for getting healthy after fifty:
Eat a little less than your real appetite. Carefully squeeze
air out of your system from time to time, applying light pressure to your
abdomen.
The air in your system can cause a lot of problems. So you
have to keep fit and fine.
As you know our body consists of five elements namely water,
earth, air, fire and sky. Whenever something goes wrong with this setup or
something else is bound to arise.
Living a regular life keeps you away from such problems. so, it is in our own interest to act on them regularly.
An orderly lifestyle is full of restrictions. Getting out of bed early, taking breakfast on time, eating on time, exercising regularly and choosing a meal schedule.
Since we are focusing on expelling air from our digestive
system, it is natural that we should avoid gaseous foods.
As a result, grains, vegetables, fruits and other foods that
produce gas in the digestive system should be avoided.
To keep our digestion healthy and well we should avoid
drinking water while eating because our food absorbs the acids produced by our
glands which interferes with the digestive process. Happens.
When we wake up in the morning after refreshing, we can go
for a walk if possible or we should do some exercise regularly?
Given our age, we should pay more attention to yogic
exercises. Our main concern is to get the gases out of our system.
When our stomachs are cleansed of gases, we can drink a glass
of cold or lukewarm water and not take anything there for at least half an hour.
We are focusing on maintaining health at the age of 50
because this is the time when people are mostly careless about their health,
eating spicy, greasy and fried foods regardless of their health. Get used to Exhale
very carefully. Apply pressure very gently so that the contents of the stomach
do not spread.
In our breakfast and lunch we need to eat food with
restrictions.
The deportation should not take place until about two hours
after the meal. Regular exercise will give you an idea of how much pressure
to apply to expel gases from the stomach. This process can be repeated after a
short distance until the desired result is achieved.
It should be kept in mind that this forced air will be
expelled only by shovels which are also in small pieces.
As we know, digesting the food we eat is a biochemical
phenomenon. Water and gases are obtained as by-products that are consumed by
our body while excess is eliminated from the system. Along with other toxins,
water is excreted as urine, while gas or air is released naturally as air
passes.
One must eat to survive and not live to eat. Keep your
stomach light and you will always feel fit and energetic. On the other hand,
overeating will slow you down.
Therefore, one should be patient and repeat this process from
time to time, but make it a habit to do so.
To get started, let's talk about some of the precautions that
are necessary when putting pressure on the stomach. Most gases are found in the
upper abdomen. If we suck it on the stomach and put a little pressure, the air
will come out orally in small pieces. Repeated sucking will help you expel
large amounts of gases from the lighter system.
A normal lifestyle, a balanced and healthy diet, a little
exercise will never give you a chance to regret in life but you will have a
long and healthy life that will make your fellow members jealous.
One has to be very careful while using this process of
expelling air from our system as the stomach is a very delicate organ of our
body and any kind of pressure on it can cause trouble.
However, I would recommend early morning exercise to all
fifty people, ie those aged 50 and above, which aims to warm the body and
internal organs as well as squeeze air from our system.
As far as the exercise part is concerned, I don't like to
interfere with what exercise schedule I want to follow. So you are free to
follow the exercise schedule that makes you feel better.
Our normal exercise routine should not be rigid or rigid and
should be easy to follow. In addition, our exercise should be balanced, for
example, if we rotate the four circles of our right hand four times, we should
also rotate our left hand four times.
This start of exercise will be in addition to the regular
exercise routine that you want to follow regularly.
This schedule is very easy to follow. It works hard for 30 to
45 minutes. You don't have to do anything but just push yourself to the limit
in all places like lying flat, upside down, and lying down at the same time.
Now let's focus on squeezing air out of your system. There are
three positions in which we can force air from our system.
In the process, you sometimes have to lengthen your abdomen,
sometimes shorten it, sometimes you have to suck your abdomen upwards and
sometimes you have to push it downwards.
You have to toss, twist, bend, tilt and spread your body and
do all kinds of internal acrobatics to get air out of your system but always
using moderate and moderate force or pressure and in the abdomen. Without
pressure You can also search for your methods and positions according to your
purpose. But make sure that this type of exercise is possible only on a hard
bed or surface on a cotton ball. Do not use foam or coir mattresses for the
purpose this stretching will help warm our internal organs.
Position one is when we are lying upside down and when we are
lying upright to our right and left, respectively, positions 2 and 3 follow.
We need to keep our hands under our chest and arrange in such
a way that all the weight of the body does not fall on our stomach. When this
position is reached, we can begin the process of expelling air from our system
by sucking our stomach upwards. With each suck, the air will come out of the
mouth in pieces. That way we can slowly manage to move air through our system.
We need to take some precautions while lying in one position.
Because of this weight, our stomach is pressed hard against the bed and there
is a possibility of stomach contents coming out of the mouth.
When this position is achieved, press your hand against your abdomen
and suck your abdomen upwards at the same time. The air will come out of the
mouth into the bits through the belt. Our stomach is like a balloon. You will notice that in a few days the strongly inflated balloon softens as the
constant air pressure reduces the elasticity of its walls. If we open the mouth
of the balloon a few days later, we will find that not all the gas comes out
and some of it stays inside the balloon because of the wall.
By the age of fifty, our stomach is like a bursting balloon.
The air inside is full and that's why we don't feel like eating anything
because the stomach already looks hard. If the pressure inside the abdomen is
too high, you will often see people banging their heads all the time and then
embarrassing themselves as well as others.
We eat something during the day, so there is a possibility of
an increase in the level of gas in the system, which leads to complications. If
we develop some techniques to keep our system out of the air from time to time,
we can stay fit and fine and save ourselves and others from embarrassment.
I've found this technique of voluntarily advancing gases
against gas because it's random, and once you get used to it, it's easily
manageable. Plus, you'll be getting more and more excited about it all the
time.
Please be aware that when our stomach is almost empty, the
air coming out of our system should be used.
Now let's discuss the other two lying positions. In one of
the two positions, whether you are to the right or to the left, you need to
bring your knees as close to your chest as possible. Then insert your right
hand, if you are lying on your left and your left hand, if you are lying on
your right side between your chest and legs, use pressure or force lightly to
get air out of our system. Be moderate and never use too much force.
Last but not least you have to have a strong will power and a
lot of patience and confidence that you will get what you want and nothing can
stop you from moving forward.
I hope that this pattern of exercise will suit you and you
will be able to solve the problems related to excess gas in your system.
