Wrinkles - How they form and how to delete them
Once you understand how skin wrinkles actually form, it
becomes very clear how you can get rid of the condition without spending any
money on creams, patches or surgery.
First of all, just to get us all on the same page, it's
important to understand that wrinkles start to form when we are teenagers.
Absolutely that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. And
why is it here?
Our personalities and habits are very well established in our
childhood. We have characteristic words, smiles, disgust or boredom,
concentration. They don't change because we are the same age, except for
accidents or traumas. Therefore, the facial muscle holding patterns are very
well arranged by our teens.
What to do with facial muscles?
Think about it - if you lift a lot of weight, a muscle can
peel and spread on your arms. For example, when you contract a broom, a muscle
also pinches the skin.
Over time, facial muscles will tighten or shrink around areas
where there is a lot of pinching. There is a thin layer of connective tissue or
fascia between the skin and the muscles and it can also set and begin to dry
out with pinch patterns.
You now have muscles and fascia that work to stretch the skin
around facial patterns. Gradually, over time, what happens when they work
together to pull your upper skin into a wrinkle? Reduce the circulation of the skin
that has been tightened.
When we are children, our faces are often moving. Muscles and
fascia and skin may pinch but then they are open in surprise or comfort or deep
relaxation of sleep. Circulation can then flow easily through the skin and the
muscles and skin can be reformed or refreshed, restoring the fullness of the
baby's face.
Over time, as our patterns of expression are formed, the
ability of the skin tissues to flow smoothly decreases and decreases. With a
lack of adequate hydration, diet numbers, smoking, trauma, etc., it becomes a
difficult battle for the blood supply to restore the skin's fullness. Wrinkles
are the result of time and habits.
Obviously, the best time to stop wrinkles is in our teens.
Daily facial massage - especially. Around the areas where the fountains can be
seen with different facial expressions - is a real help. Use olive oil, which
the skin likes, or almonds if the skin is naturally dry or sensitive, or
coconut if you like.
In addition to good rubbing in the morning or good evening
after washing your face, teens drink enough water to keep their water hydrated
as well as avoid litter. If you are young, start now to save this precious
face.
Well, now we understand how these things form and, if you are
young enough, you can avoid getting wrinkles in a common-sense way. But for
those of us who are away from adolescence, our massage practice needs to be
more focused and specific.
Think for a minute about the wrinkles that form on the upper
lip, which are visible on the old man's face. From time to time they smoke,
drink soft drinks with a straw, chase their lips thoughtfully, with such
movements that pick up the lips together. (I won't refuse to kiss, because it's
so beautiful, but it's easy to see how it can contribute to these little lines
around the lips.)
First, choose the type of oil you like. Sofia Lorraine has
always said that in her 70's and 80's her wrinkles were reduced daily by
massaging her face with olive oil, and like most skins, this oil, like all
muscles. If you live in dry areas, you may want to make a mixture of rose oil
and rose water for more hydration and you can get plenty of water by drinking
it.
Let me share with you this mixture that I have used since my
30's which I believe has helped keep wrinkles on my face at bay:
2 ounces of organic peanut oil in rose water, add 3 ounces of
organic olive oil and a tablespoon of liquid lanolin. Older skin will
appreciate an ounce of wheat germ oil as an anti-aging aid. Dryer or more
sensitive skin will want an ounce of sweet almonds. It contains 7-8 ounces of
facial bliss which helps in restoring the vitality of the skin and accordingly
puts rubs on the face.
Why peanut oil?
A good question. Peanut oil is food for connective tissue,
most of which we think about around the joints. But remember fascia, this thin
layer between the skin and the muscles helps, according to Edgar Cayce Reading,
who has helped other joints with peanuts to some extent to prevent necrosis,
along with these muscles. Maintains skin lift and stiffness along the scalp.

The daily beauty of your precious face
With the morning or evening rule, first, wash with a mild soap/cream/cleansing lotion, use a washcloth with good fibres or a sponge or
circle to wash dead skin cells. Use deep circular motions on the forehead,
cheeks, chin and neck.
Never, ever press or rub around the eyes or temples. The skin
tissue around the eyes is very delicate and can tear easily under very strong
pressure. We will do our best to appreciate the smile lines around the eyes because they are only positive on the face.
When you rinse your face, it should feel clean and almost
pressurized. If it feels like a movie is still coating the skin - as many
commercial soap products do - get another brand. Castel soaps are generally
well-cleaned and leave no coating or residue on the skin.
Dry your face and apply a small amount of oil that you have
applied to your palms. (The compound I have described above needs to be shaken
each time, as the contents separate because there are no genomic chemical
emulsifiers.)
Spread the oil on the forehead, cheeks, chin and throat,
sweep the eyes a little but not deeply. Use circular motions with your finger
to rotate these areas and move the affected muscles.
Note that the throat is massaged daily. There is no reason
why if you pay some attention and circulation to keep the skin, muscles and connective
tissues healthy, it will also allow the skin to sag over time. Should
When massaging the forehead, remember that the muscles that
pull the eyebrows up in surprise or at a lower part are the vertical muscles.
If you rub them on top, left and right, back and forth, they will relax. Target
the muscles under the skin, go up and down the eyebrows with the right hair
with crossvein movements. Cheeks are easy to rub in circles and be sure to
pay a little more attention to the areas in front of the ears where the jaw
muscles can tighten with all the stress of living in the 21st century. Rubbing
the nose as well as up and down, opening the mouth can cause complete rotation
in a part of the face that can barely move on its own.
To work the muscles around the lips, pull them across the
teeth with a closed smile and rub with your finger around the border of the
lips, nice and deep, to create some good circulation. Back and back in the
upper part of the lips and right under the nose of the muscles that can be
strong and prevent wrinkles. If you are just starting to write here, you can
really double the massage time to move the rotation forward.
Finally, give the neck some nice circular rigs along the neck
and front where there are vocal cords. With your thumbs under the chin, press
all the way down to the ears under the jaw. Do this a few times. It encourages
the immune reflex that we all need these days.
Finish rubbing the whole face once with your palms on the
forehead, cheeks and fingers. Imagine the circulation flowing through all the
skin and muscle cells, refresh, rejuvenate, and revive them all. Feel the flood
of youth and beauty in the cells.
